These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdClosr platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AdClosr, Inc. ("AdClosr", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and the contract executed between your organization and AdClosr.
2. Customer Data
You retain all rights to data you submit to the Services. We process customer data in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum, available on request.
3. Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are governed by your order form.
